Pricing and security overviews now open to everyone

The /pricing and /security pages used to be staff-only inside the dashboard. Both now serve customers directly — single-URL answers to billing and security review questions.

Two pages that used to be staff-only are now visible to every signed-in user:

Pricing & billing — plain-English overview of what gets billed, how cycles work, and what happens when you add or decommission an asset. The full SKU table is on the page; no more “ask sales”.
Platform security — how your asset certificates are issued and revoked, the standards we build to (EU Cyber Resilience Act, IEC 62443), where your data lives, and what to do if you need to report a vulnerability.

Both are linked from the user dropdown in the top-left of the sidebar. We will keep them current as the platform changes.
