Ask questions about your fleet in plain English
An optional intelligence layer over your data: a plain-English briefing on each asset, a conversational engineer you can ask reliability questions, and search across the manuals and drawings you upload.
Everything on the platform up to now has answered the question “what is happening?”. This is the first layer that helps with “what does it mean, and what should I do about it?” It is optional and switched on per asset.
Asset briefings
A short written summary of an asset’s condition — how it is being used, what has changed recently, what is trending in the wrong direction, and what is coming due. Refreshed automatically, and only regenerated when the underlying picture actually changes, so you are not reading a reworded version of yesterday.
The AI engineer
Ask a question the way you would ask a colleague — “which cranes are working hardest this month?”, “has anything changed on hoist 2 since the service?” It reads your actual telemetry, records and events to answer, and tells you what it looked at.
Your documents, searchable
Upload manuals, drawings and controller documentation against an asset and the engineer can search them when answering. The answer cites the document it came from.
On your data: when these features are enabled, relevant asset data is processed by named AI sub-processors under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. They are listed in full at /legal/sub-processors, and they are only involved for organisations that have switched the features on.
